About Us

 The Triad Community Band is a non-profit organization focused on providing musicians in Forsyth County and the surrounding communities an ongoing recreational opportunity to maintain and advance their musical skills while providing high quality musical entertainment.  Since inception in 2018, our community outreach has expanded to include our advocacy for Crisis Control Ministry.  The band provides concerts free of charge, but encourages food and monetary donations to support Crisis Control Ministry.  This worth-while endeavor ensures we are truly giving back to the communities we live and play in.  Visit Crisis Control Ministry to learn more about what they do here: https://www.crisiscontrol.org/what-we-do/services/.  Our band consists of musicians playing at an intermediate to professional level of proficiency on their instrument.  The band consists of two formats including a traditional concert band group playing various styles of concert band programs such as classical, march, patriotic, and other exciting and fun selections for enjoyment of all ages.  We also feature a smaller group of our members playing a variety of jazz, big band, and swing classics.
